Job

The role of Intercompany and Project Accountant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

• Processing and recording intercompany transactions in the general ledger
• Generating and monitor intercompany invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Performing reconciliations of intercompany accounts
• Collaborating with finance teams across various departments and international offices
• Ensuring compliance with policies, GAAP, FRS 102 and other regulatory requirements
• Assisting in the preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Providing support during internal and external audits
• Identifying process improvements for intercompany accounting
• Supporting key projects with financial insights and management
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for project transactions

You

As an Intercompany and Project Accountant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

• Solid planning and project management skills
• Qualified or nearly qualified Accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or similar) or several years being QBE
• Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex data
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet applications

The role of Legal Cashier will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

• Managing and utilizing various electronic banking systems to ensure efficient financial operations
• Recording and investigating receipt details, allocating them to relevant client files and invoices
• Updating our systems with bank receipts, ensuring accurate and timely posting to client accounts
• Responding to requests and queries via the central mailbox, providing prompt and effective support
• Supporting bank reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Processing credit card payments and handling client funds in accordance with SRA Rules
• Collaborating with auditors to address queries and ensure regulatory compliance
• Executing transfers between client and business accounts, maintaining accurate records

You

As a Legal Cashier you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

• Proficiency in legal accounting systems, preferably Elite 3E, with strong Excel skills to drive efficient financial management
• Experience with internet banking portals, enabling seamless online transactions
• Strong numerical and communication skills, with the ability to accurately process and effectively communicate financial information
• Proven ability to handle high volumes of transactions, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines
• Resilience and adaptability to work under pressure, meeting strict deadlines and delivering high-quality results
