Job Description

Three Bridges Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading organisation in the FMCG sector to recruit a Regional Finance Manager.  The role will cover the South West region.  You will be based from home but will be expected to travel regularly to Bristol, Cardiff and Southampton.

Job

The role of Regional Finance Manager will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

  • Providing support and insight to Branch Managers and Regional Directors
  • Delivering financial information and analysis including forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
  • Identifying risks and opportunities to meet targets
  • Participating in the Monthly Branch Review Meeting and preparing Monthly Review Packs
  • Margin management and distribution cost reporting
  • Monitoring new business performance and profitability
  • Performing monthly accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supporting the Head of Finance with analysis and project activity
  • Ensuring compliance with SOX internal control framework and company policies

You

As an experienced Finance Manager, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

  • CIMA qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in management accounting within an FMCG manufacturing environment
  • Well-versed in financial analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Previous experience in a regional / multi-site location role would be beneficial
  • Exemplary communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability in building relationships across business functions at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing environments
