💷 Salary: £59,000 - £63,000
⏳ Hours: 37 per week

The Role

As Head of Finance, you’ll:

✔️ Provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring robust financial control & reporting
✔️ Directly managing a senior team of 3 (overseeing a wider team of 14)
✔️ Oversee budgeting, forecasting, VAT & month-end processes
✔️ Drive finance transformation & system improvements
✔️ Embed a positive, high-performance culture within the team

You’ll Need:

✅   To be a fully qualified accountant 

✅ Leadership experience in a large, complex organisation
✅   Expertise in financial control, reporting & managing multi-cost centres
✅   Experience managing 3-5 people, with a mentoring & development mindset
✅   Strong problem-solving & process improvement skills
✅   Advanced Excel & financial software proficiency

🎯   Charity sector experience is a plus, but commercial backgrounds welcome
