Job

The role of Finance Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

• Recording and maintaining financial transactions such as purchase invoices, petty cash receipts, and supplier payments
• Processing, scanning, and filing invoices
• Conducting bank reconciliations
• Managing credit control of sales ledger
• Administering payroll - weekly and monthly, including all overtime
• Database entry for deer supplies
• Providing admin support to the Head of Finance for audit
• Payroll for 90 staff members

You

As a Finance Assistant, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

• Knowledgeable Finance Assistant, with a hands-on approach
• Proficient in Sage Line 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Previous experience in a varied finance/accounts role
• Detail-focused with strong organisational skills
• Able to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, proactive mindset, ready to support a collaborative team
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production-based setting
