We're looking for a Finance Business Partner for our leading client. You'll be a crucial part of the team, responsible for P&L reporting, performance analysis, & promoting the use of financial data for better planning & decision-making. You'll report to the Head of Finance & work closely with all levels of management.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing, maintaining, & publishing financial performance reports
• Helping budget holders understand their data & develop annual budgets & forecasts
• Liaising with colleagues to ensure data consistency & accuracy
• Boosting data availability & financial literacy across the organization
• Working on costing models & their use in decision-making (tenders, pricing, establishment)

You'll be perfect for this role if you:

• Are a part-qualified or a qualified-by-experience accountant
• Have experience designing reports & dashboards using Microsoft Office or other software
• Can extract, manipulate & analyse complex data from various sources
• Can work independently, juggle multiple projects, & prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Have a knack for communicating complex ideas to business users
