As part of a strategic move to bring finance operations together into a centralised head office structure, the business is creating a shared finance hub designed to drive stronger financial insight, consistency and commercial performance.

This is a highly visible and influential Finance Business Partner role.  You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, combining strong technical expertise with commercial awareness to support decision making and business growth.

Job

As Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly management reports, delivering financial insight and analysis to drive performance and strategy
• Prepare commercial reports to support management decision making and wider operational reviews
• Support business planning, budgeting and strategic initiatives
• Develop financial models, forecasts and reporting for cost centre reviews, reconciliations and financial controls
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-financial stakeholders
• Support the ongoing development of system-based reporting, controls and data flows to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain up to date knowledge of market trends, financial regulations and best practice
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, influencing decisions with robust financial insight

You

As Finance Business Partner, you will ideally have:

• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, financial analysis or similar commercially focused role
• Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or be qualified by experience
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and KPIs
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system, with an interest in process improvement and system development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence non-finance stakeholders
• A strategic mindset and strong commercial acumen
• The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
