Job
The role of Head of FP&A will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Establishing and building the FP&A function, including processes, controls, and team structure
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles aligned to strategic objectives
- Delivering high-quality monthly and quarterly performance reporting with insightful variance analysis
- Developing robust financial models to support pricing, investment decisions, and commercial strategy
- Partnering with senior stakeholders and business unit leaders to drive performance and decision-making
- Providing actionable financial insights to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Enhancing reporting capability through improved tools, dashboards, and data integrity
- Leading and developing a team of Finance Business Partners, fostering a strong business partnering culture
- Supporting broader finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
You
As Head of FP&A you will be skilled and or qualified in the following:
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in FP&A leadership roles, ideally including building or transforming a function
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and non-finance leaders
- Experience delivering strategic financial insight in a commercial environment
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial planning tools
- Exposure to Power BI or similar analytics tools is advantageous
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
