Three Bridges Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading multi-sector organisation, based in Kirkcaldy, to recruit an experienced Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an (ideally qualified) Accountant to lead a small but growing Finance team during a period of growth.

Job
The role of Management Accountant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Establish and implement financial controls to guarantee accurate reporting and effective financial monitoring throughout the business
- Take full responsibility for the month-end processes across all group entities
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, working with your team to create MI reports for presentation to key stakeholders
- Offer financial support and collaborate with various departments across the group
- Lead through Training & Culture by providing professional guidance and leadership to the finance/accounts teams, fostering a positive environment for colleague development and high performance
- Manage financial analysis of KPIs, ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with other departments to optimize business-wide profitability
You
As a Management Accountant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- An established and experienced leader in finance or accounting
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
- Qualified and driven accountants are encouraged to apply
- Experience in a Group / multi-entity setting
- A strong commitment to delivering results and a genuine passion for finance
- Excellent attention to detail in operational processes
