In this key role for the business, you will ensure that payments and billing protocols are met and are of the highest standard. This is a permanent full-time role that will provide exposure to numerous business areas.

Job
The role of Billing Administrator will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Provide guidance and support for the effective execution of the ongoing billing cycle
- Ensure that operational goals and objectives are consistently met to drive process adoption and deployment of changes
- Actively pursue continuous improvement through existing and emerging technologies to enhance key metrics
- Foster positive working relationships with business units, functional teams, colleagues, clients, and advisors to uphold a 'best in class' global billing cycle
- Support the Senior Coordinator in executing quality billing activities to align with the organisational strategy
- Participate in preparing billing packages, offering additional support and training to Operations teams
- Take on a transitional, hands-on role in billing, focusing on optimising efficiency
- Drive billing process improvements, including KPI reporting and analysis for specific segments
- Resolve issues, address concerns, and eliminate bottlenecks within the billing process flow for assigned segments
- Analyse data and identify areas for improvement, particularly in billing, preparation of billing packages, unbilled revenue, and DSO
You
As a Billing Administrator, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a Finance/Accounting function
- Knowledge of billing cycles and billing operations
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies
- Proficient in data analysis and KPI reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong working relationships
