Job

Working as a Accounts Assistant you will get you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

•  Processing financial transactions with accuracy.
•  Reviewing and recording transactions in accounting software.
•  Monitoring bank accounts and ensuring prompt notifications.
•  Reconciling petty cash for head office and branch locations.
•  Collaborating with the Cashroom Manager for daily bank reconciliations.
•  Ensuring adherence to financial procedures and Law Society of Scotland regulations.
•  Maintaining clear communication with banks, organizations, and internal teams   regarding transactions

You

As an Accounts Assistant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
• High level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Strong numeric skills
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office
