Job
The role of Payroll/Accounts Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Process weekly and monthly payroll for two companies, including bank uploads for authorisation
- Post purchase invoices accurately
- Create supplier payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Review and reconcile expense nominals
- Check auto-invoicing uploads for accuracy
- Provide general accounts support as required
You
As a Payroll/Accounts Assistant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- Strong experience in payroll processing (essential)
- Experience in accounts payable and general ledger tasks
- Confident with supplier reconciliations and expense analysis
- Robust personality with the ability to communicate clearly and firmly
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience-based competence; qualifications (e.g. AAT) welcome but not required
