Three Bridges Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a leading Scottish charity.  This is a key role within the Finance team, supporting a values-driven organisation dedicated to empowering people across Scotland to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic and operational financial insight, partnering closely with leaders and managers to drive performance, influence decision-making and support the delivery of exceptional services.

Job

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will

• Work collaboratively with finance and non-financial colleagues
• Provide financial insight, lead on analysis, and contribute to commercial decision-making across the organisation
• Prepare consolidate and present budgets, forecasts and longer-term financial plan
• Work with budget holders to understand departmental activities and cost drivers
• Provide analysis and financial appraisals to aid strategic and operational decisions
• Lead the annual budget-setting process and monitoring of restricted funds
• Produce management accounts and insightful financial reporting
• Develop robust costing and financial models to support business planning

You

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Bring strong financial and leadership skills, along with a collaborative, customer-focused approach
• Be a fully qualified Accountant (or qualified by experience)
• Be an experienced finance professional with proven business partnering experience
• Be commercially minded with strong analytical skills
• Be experienced in producing financial appraisals and strategic insights
• Be confident in influencing, challenging and supporting senior stakeholders
• Be proactive in identifying process improvements
• Be an excellent communicator, able to translate complex data into clear messages
• Be highly motivated, adaptable and collaborative in your approach
